Sparta introduces clients to banks, payment institutions and other providers and assists with applications. The accounts and payment services themselves are supplied by those institutions, which are responsible for their own regulation.
Each institution carries out its own due diligence and decides for itself whether to open an account or provide a service, so we cannot guarantee that an application will succeed.
