About Sparta

Carmen holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Granada, a Master's in International Trade and a Diploma in International Finance and Administration from ICSA.

She has more than ten years' experience in the administration and management of corporate structures in offshore centres. She began her career in Guernsey, where she lived for about five years, before moving to Gibraltar.

Carmen is regulated as an individual by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission, through Sparta Limited.

Stuart is a fully qualified financial accountant and has been a Fellow of the Institute of Financial Accountants since 2011. He has worked in Gibraltar accountancy for more than eighteen years, always within company management, and is a Certified Financial Modeler.

He is responsible for end-to-end accounting, from bookkeeping to the preparation of statutory accounts and tax returns. He also runs payroll for local companies, including reporting to government and to clients.
